Small Works Roster Application
The Small Works Roster may be used, in lieu of advertising, to solicit bids for any public work or improvement estimated to cost less than $200,000. While the City formally advertises an invitation for contractors to submit roster applications twice a year, usually in January and July, applications are accepted throughout the year. Applications are kept on file for two years.
To be included on the Small Works Roster, you must fill out the application form and mail it to the attention of:
