The Small Works Roster may be
used, in lieu of advertising, to solicit bids for any public work or
improvement estimated to cost less than $200,000. While the City
formally advertises an invitation for contractors to submit roster
applications twice a year, usually in January and July, applications
are accepted throughout the year. Applications are kept on file for
two years.
